Room Rates.

All rooms are en suite, with Colour TV and tea & coffee facilities.
We are open all year round except: Christmas and Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
All prices include breakfast.
Guests are asked to arrive from 4.30pm onwards, unless otherwise arranged.
On day of departure guests are asked to leave by 10.30am.
There is a £10 supplement per room per night for Bank Holiday weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights)
A deposit of £15 per person is required (the booking is not secured until we receive your deposit). The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. For cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival, the full cost of the first night's stay will be charged unless the room is re-let.
Payment by cash or cheque made payable to Mrs L Johnson.
We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate guests' pets.
Southwood House is non-smoking.
