Your Stay.

Southwood House is a charming Grade II listed village house dating from the 16th Century and offering high quality accommodation. There are three spacious, individually decorated bedrooms - the Granary Suite, the Garden Room, and the Miller's Room. The rooms are non-smoking and have good quality, comfortable beds with crisp cotton bedlinen. In each bedroom you will find fresh fruit, deluxe toiletries, a hair dryer, clock radio, TV, DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk always available.

There is central heating and Wi-Fi access throughout the house and guests are welcome to come and go as they please, returning when they wish to freshen up or just relax listening to music or reading in the lounge, conservatory or garden.

The comfortable residents' lounge has a large inglenook fireplace with a blazing log fire during the winter months. The lounge has a TV and hi-fi system with a wide range of CDs. There is also a selection of newspapers, magazines and books to while away the time.

Breakfast is served in the conservatory or the dining room. Making the most of local and free range produce, there is a choice of either a hearty traditional English breakfast or a Continental breakfast of cheeses, meats and freshly baked pastries. Lowestoft kippers are always on the menu.

Delicious evening meals are available, with a choice of two, three or four courses, using fresh, seasonal, local produce.
